How the Harvey Weinstein Verdict Will Impact MeToo Movement

As we anxiously await the #Weinstein verdict, one thing is clear: if Harvey Weinstein is acquitted, it’s a punch in the gut for the #MeToo movement. If he’s convicted, we are treading dangerous waters that require redefining consent in the context of power dynamics. For any trolls who are on the attack of anything remotely sounding “anti-feminist”: I’m all for movements that give women a voice and empower us. I DONT support any movement that eviscerates the fundamental rights of any man or woman on mere allegation.
